Your own servers
Pull the Docker image, run it on your infrastructure, pay only for the servers. Open-source license (FSL → Apache 2.0). For non-commercial events; ticketed events should use a Premium plan.

The discount applies to organizations with formal non-profit or public-benefit status. The type of event itself (conference, symposium, annual meeting) doesn't matter; what matters is the legal form of the organization running it.
