What's in Amphi.

Amphi covers the whole event, from the program and ticket sales through the day itself to the archive and the people who come back next year.

You manage all of it from a single admin, and every change is published to your public event page online.

Program and content

Build the program once: sessions, speakers and materials, published to your event page as you go.

Event agenda

A single view of the whole program: tracks, sessions, speakers, and times. Attendees can filter by day, track, or speaker, and save sessions to a personal list. Times render in the viewer's local timezone. When a session is live, the join button appears in place of the start time.

  • Filter by day, track, or speaker
  • Personal schedule saved per attendee
  • Times rendered in the viewer's local timezone
  • In-line join button when a session is live

Call for papersComing soon

Collect talk proposals through a form on your event page. Review them as a team and move each one through new, in review and accepted. An accepted proposal becomes a session, with the speaker profile already filled in.

  • Submission form on your event page
  • Review statuses: new, in review, accepted
  • Accepted proposals become sessions and speaker profiles

Speaker profiles

Each speaker has a profile they manage themselves: name, role, photo, short bio, and links. The same profile is rendered everywhere their session appears, including the agenda, the session page, and the post-event archive. Organizers can override fields when needed.

  • One profile per speaker, used across the event
  • Self-service editing with organizer override
  • Photo, role, short bio, and links

More content building blocks

Beyond the agenda and the sessions themselves, you can group sessions into several locations and run a parallel program. No event works without speakers, their profiles with a short introduction, and a way to reach them. Supporting materials for sessions and information about the event's sponsors come in handy too.

  • Multiple locations for a parallel program
  • Speaker profiles with a short bio and contact details
  • Supporting materials attached to sessions
  • Partner and sponsor profiles

Admin and configuration

You can run Amphi by hand in the admin, create and edit content with your own AI connected over MCP, and on the Enterprise plan we can build custom automated integrations that keep Amphi in sync with your other systems (REST API).

  • Manual control of the whole event in the admin
  • Create and edit with your own AI connected over MCP
  • REST API for syncing with your other systems
  • Custom automated integrations on the Enterprise plan

Registration and tickets

How people get in: tickets, registration, and who gets to see what.

TicketingComing soon

Sell tickets straight from your event page, with several ticket types, each with its own price and capacity. When a big release draws more people than should get in at once, a fair queue holds everyone's place and lets them through in order, so nobody loses a ticket to a page refresh.

  • Ticket types with their own price and capacity
  • A fair queue for high-demand releases
  • Online payment
  • Each ticket tied to the attendee's registration

Attendee management

Track how many people registered, and who left your invitation unopened, so you know who is still worth a nudge. Amphi handles attendee registration for you, along with the GDPR side of it: collecting consents, keeping the record of them, and handling personal data.

  • See who signed up and who ignored the invitation
  • Reach out to your audience straight from the admin
  • Attendee registration from invitation to confirmation
  • GDPR and marketing consents under control

Access and roles

Amphi has four built-in roles: attendee, speaker, organizer, and admin. Each role sees a different view of the same event. Speakers can prepare their own session pages without access to the rest of the admin.

  • Four built-in roles: attendee, speaker, organizer, admin
  • Optional access gating per session
  • Each event's data is kept separate

Live and on demand

The day itself and everything after it: video, chat, networking and the archive.

Sessions with video support

Sessions are the basic building block of the program. For their online or hybrid form, Amphi delivers the video itself: stream a session live, or upload the recording straight into it. If you already work with a video partner, you can embed it instead. SlidesLive is our preferred partner. Others include YouTube and Vimeo, or get in touch and we will look at integrating the provider you use. For interactive formats such as online workshops, you can put a join link in the session description instead of video and run the event in whichever online conferencing platform you prefer, such as Teams or Zoom. Once the event is over, the recording takes the stream's place on the same session page, so it becomes the archive at minimal effort. Video availability, its visibility, and access to the session as a whole are governed by the access settings. Content can be hidden, public, or restricted to signed-in users.

  • Live streaming and recording upload, delivered by Amphi
  • External embeds: SlidesLive (preferred), YouTube, Vimeo, or any provider
  • Join-link mode for workshops and online calls
  • Archive mode
  • Access and availability controlled per session

Session chat

Each session has a dedicated chat thread that runs alongside the video. Messages persist after the session ends and remain readable to anyone with access to the session. Moderators can pin messages, hide spam, and reply to questions inline.

  • Chat history persists with the session
  • Tools for segmenting your audience
  • Public, attendee-only, or invite-only per session
  • Searchable from the session page

NetworkingComing soon

Help attendees meet the right people. Amphi suggests matches based on shared interests, attendees start 1:1 chats with each other, and points for taking part keep them involved through the whole event.

  • Matchmaking by shared interests
  • 1:1 chats between attendees
  • Points and levels for taking part

Post-event archive

After an event ends, recordings, slides, attached files, and chat threads remain available in the event archive. Access to the archive can be public, attendee-only, or invite-only. Content can be carried over into a follow-up event without rebuilding it.

  • Live embed swaps to the recording URL after the event
  • Search across sessions, speakers, and chat
  • Public, attendee-only, or invite-only access

Communication and CRM

Reach the right people at the right moment, and know who they are.

Audience communication

Amphi helps you get the word out: invitations, reminders, and a fuller briefing sent just before the doors open. Build dynamic distribution lists and aim your messages more precisely: at only the attendees who showed a specific interest, for instance (see tagging in chat). After the event, collect feedback or invite everyone to next year's edition.

  • Invitations, reminders, and detailed information right before the event
  • Dynamic distribution lists that keep themselves up to date
  • Targeting by label, e.g. only attendees with a specific interest
  • Post-event feedback, or an invitation to the next edition

CRMComing soon

Every attendee has one record across all your events: tickets bought, sessions watched, emails opened and people met. Tag people by interest or role, and use the tags to aim your communication.

  • One record per attendee across your events
  • History from the ticket to the replay
  • Tags by interest or role, for targeting

Put your next event on Amphi.
